For the last twenty years Chef Chris DiMaio has called the flathead valley his home. Self taught, he has honed his skills at various restaurants throughout the valley. As sous chef at Café Kandahar and then as executive chef at Three Forks Grille, Chef DiMaio continues to perfect his craft, constantly evolving and learning. An Italian sensibility, a simple, elegant approach to cooking, combined with locally farmed and foraged ingredients, defines his cuisine as creative, delicious, intelligent and exciting.
